Role overview
To support the PMS area, we are looking for an Admin Support Manufacturing (a) 100% immediately or by agreement.
You are responsible for the timely, correct and cGMP-compliant execution of the awarded orders.
In addition, you ensure the full administrative support of the area within the scope of the defined service order.

- Your tasks Organization and coordination of the onboarding of new employees, including procurement of hardware, application for system access and implementation of introductory events Supervision and administration of MasterControl activities, training processes, job codes as well as document reviews Creation, maintenance and management of documentation, production documents, product trees and controlled copies Administrative support of the area Manufacturing, including organization of meetings, events, communication channels and office materials management interface function to IT services as well as support for digital solutions, QR codes and system applications Preparation, provision and archiving of production and quality documents as well as recording of relevant production data Collaboration in cross-division projects and independent implementation of optimization initiatives with focus on lean management and digitization of administrative processes Ensuring the compliance with HSE guidelines as well as active promotion of a secure, efficient and service-oriented working method Your profile First professional experience (1–2 years) in a production, industry or GMP-related environment Good knowledge in administrative processes as well as in document management Secure handling of MS Office as well as experience with SAP, ordering systems (e.g.
- Ariba) and document management systems (e.g.
