• Responsibilities
• Training planning and implementation: responsible for the practical training of students in anesthesia nursing. Teaching theoretical fundamentals and practical skills in the field of anesthesia.
• Support and development: assisting students in developing their technical, social, and self-management skills. Regular reflection discussions, feedback, and promotion of personal and professional growth. Supervision and assessment of practical work and competency attestations.
• Quality assurance: ensuring training quality through close collaboration with the education department and the team. Evaluation and continuous improvement of training processes.
• Coordination and collaboration: close cooperation with other trainers, specialists, and nursing management. Communication with educational institutions and participation in meetings and network events. Support with administrative tasks, such as documenting learning progress and reporting.
