Your tasks

• Planning, organizing and carrying out individual and group activities
• Individual support and support for our guests according to their needs, interests and resources
• Promoting and maintaining existing skills, independence and social participation
• Designing varied offers, e.g. E.g. exercise, memory training, creative design, music, conversations, games, walks and everyday activities
• Help organize festivals, events and seasonal activities
• Building trusting relationships with our guests and appreciatively integrating their biographies and habits
• Close cooperation with nursing, support and other areas of the house
• Participation in the further development of our activation and support offering
• Documentation of the offers carried out and relevant observations

Your profile

• Completed training as a specialist in everyday life organization and activation, comparable training or several years of experience in the same function
• Professional experience in long-term care
• Enjoy working with older people and have a genuine interest in their life stories
• Empathic, respectful and resource-oriented attitude
• Creativity and joy in introducing and implementing your own ideas
• Independent, reliable and structured way of working
• Ability to work in a team and willingness to work interprofessionally
• Good knowledge of spoken and written German
• Flexibility and willingness to participate on special occasions outside of normal working hours
