Tasks - Anticipating trends, innovations and customer-relevant topics - Close cooperation with the Purchasing Product Manager Breakfast in the development of the product range and format strategy incl.

the development of own concepts and own brands in the field of coffee

• co-responsible for supplier management / business partner portfolio regarding their selection, cooperation and development
• conduct of conditional negotiations with international, national and regional suppliers
• establish transparent and long-term oriented value chains for self-brandingIn coordination with the sustainability strategy Coop
• maintain relations with cooperatives and partners in the countries of origin
• independent support of the speciality department

Requirements - Completed studies (University, FH) in the field of business administration, food sciences, sustainability or similar.

• Professional experience in the management of the company and/or in procurement
• High coffee-a-spaniness and passion for the product desired
• High level of initiative and responsibility, as well as high analytical competence
• Negotiating strong personality, who is used to working in a dynamic environment with changing priorities
• High sustainability affinity
• willingness to travel
• Stylish German in word and writing as well as good English knowledge, Spanish knowledge desirable
• Very good MS Office knowledge, SAP knowledge of advantage
