We look forward to a dedicated team member (m/w/d) who actively supports our customer service as an established and successful team in Alzenau through initiative, flexibility and creativity.

In your role as Account Manager & Life Cycle Engineer (m/w/d) you embody the ability to work competently with the interfaces to manage as well as as as a contact person for our customers.

In this position you expect exciting challenges every day.

Main responsibilities

  • You actively support customer accounts throughout the entire life cycle of our machines
  • They act as a single point of contact for all support requests and form the interface to local sales and service organisations
  • You create spare parts lists, procurement templates, customer-specific service products and complex offers
  • They identify sales opportunities and drive forward proactive sales of spare parts, services, upgrades and digital solutions
  • They actively promote the use of digital products and accompany new customers professionally in onboarding
  • You visit customers worldwide and maintain long-term, trusting relationships on site Requirements:
  • You have a completed degree or, alternatively, a successfully completed technical or commercial training with appropriate further training
  • You have ideally professional experience in technical customer service and initial experience in sales
  • You have good knowledge of MS Office and SAP
  • You have good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
