In order to strengthen the team, we are looking for a customer- and service-oriented personality as Consultant:in ABACUS 80 - 100% (Wage/HR) - perfect lateral entry for HR professionals
Their tasks
- Expert advice for customers on the introduction of Abacus as well as on the optimization and digitalization of processes, with a focus on human resources (e.g. employee interviews, certificates, application and competence management, ESS and MSS) as well as payroll
- Creation of offers, concepts, documentation and training materials
- Recording and specification of customer requirements as well as supporting implementation through parameterization and customization
- Conduct of workshops and training for users
- Supporting customers through support and hotline
- Responsibility for project implementation in terms of timetable, budget and quality
Your profile
- Several years of professional experience in payroll/HR administration
- Practical experience in holistic project management is advantageous
- You are an established and awakened personality who reacts flexibly and situationally to people (customers) and situations.
- A networked way of thinking and a structured, independent and exact way of working
- A flair for IT, digitalization and the SME environment
- High service mentality and enthusiasm
- stylish knowledge of German in words and writing
- Knowledge of French and/or English is advantageous
