In the UBS Training Center, you will learn everything you need to become a true pro of the digital business world.

This includes not only practical experience, but also visiting the vocational school, where you deepen your knowledge one to two days per where.

In the following three years, you will support solutions that make the lives of your colleagues easier.

There is also an exchange with different teams and forms the interface between the client and the IT specialists.

You analyze data with your team and develop digital optimization of work steps and visualize them with the learned applications.
In the end, you have your federal certificate of ability (EFZ) in your pocket and are well prepared for the future!

Many apprentices start with us in a promising future as an IT specialist or deepen their expertise in our two-year young talent development program.
