- Establish, monitor and validate social insurance invoices.
- Participate in monthly salary termination and ensure reliability of payroll data.
- Control and justify the components of wages and their accounting imputation.
- Participate in annual closures, regulatory returns and salary certificates. Time and absence management
- Monitor medical certificates and capture in the time management system.
- Ensure monthly closure of the time management system, monitor indicators and ensure regularization of anomalies.
- Ensure data consistency between the time management system, payroll software and social insurance.
