- You are mainly responsible for ensuring and continuously improving CRM data quality (fullness, consistency, timeliness)
- You pick, clean and update customer and contact data (including duvet check, data checks, consistency checks)
Main responsibilities
- You are mainly responsible for ensuring and continuously improving CRM data quality (fullness, consistency, timeliness)
- You pick, clean and update customer and contact data (including duvet check, data checks, consistency checks)
- You can use simple, practical, and practical guidelines for defining and implementing data quality rules in the course of the year.
- You support the further development and optimization of CRM processes to ensure a sustainable high data quality
- You support internal presentations (sales & product management): You first/optimize PowerPoint slides in corporate design, consolidate inputs and pfleg Templates
- You support market, customer and competition research and summarize relevant information in short, meaningful and detailed data Requirements:
- You are a matriculated student ideally in business engineering, data/business analytics, marketing or in a comparable degree program
- You work carefully and structured and have a high affinity for data and details
- You are safe to use Excel and PowerPoint (other tools like CRM systems, Power BI or similar are beneficial)
- You have very good German skills and good to very good English skills
