- You coordinate sample shipments and coatings, follow dates and start or pick up the corresponding shipping documents
Main responsibilities
- You support CRM management and you also manage accounts, contacts, leads and joscan in the CRM system
- You coordinate sample shipments and coatings, follow dates and start or pick up the corresponding shipping documents
- You take care of the specification database and ensure the current and structure of the content
- You work with the creation and revision of product texts and you agree closely with the product managers
- You support the conference and the meeting management and keep an eye on important deadlines and dates
- You support in the creation of calculations Requirements:
- You are an enrolled student in business engineering, international technical sales management, business administration or a comparable degree program

- You work carefully and structured, have an organizational skills and a high level of initiative
- You are safe in dealing with the usual MS Office programs (other tools such as CRM systems are beneficial)
- You have very good English and good German skills
- You are interested in sales processes and the market or competitive environment
