- Leadership and development of the project management team of up to ten project managers:women in the East Region
- Ensuring the successful implementation of projects after receipt of orders
- Monitor processes, resources, deadlines, costs and quality goals
- Support of the team in technical-commercial solutions, scheduling and quality assurance
- Organisation and coordination of the technical training of employees as well as ensuring compliance with quality and safety guidelines
- Development of efficiency measures in the project business
