Personnel and organizational management of employees of different functions in the emergency department for adults (experts emergency care NDS HF, FaGe`s, MPA`s, nursing aids, interns)
Active participation in emergency operations in all shifts and treatment of emergency patients of all triage categories
Electronic documentation and planning of care
Contribution to an appreciative, respectful, interdisciplinary and interprofessional cooperation
Co-design of projects and process optimization in the emergency area
Further development of the emergency unit by means of concepts
