- Your tasks Personal and technical management of the care team for approx. 26 guests Shared responsibility for the recruitment of new employees Planning and leading team meetings as well as participating in interdisciplinary reports Responsible for the organization of ward processes, implementation of work processes and rostering with Polypoint PEP Leadership and control as well as participation as a team leader Nursing reports, nursing specialist discussions.
