They have the Bachelor of Science in Nursing or even bring the Master in Nursing with them
As a basic training, you have completed training as a Dipl.

Expert NDS Intensive Care or you have a foreign degree as a health and nurse, as a health and nurse with further training in intensive care and anesthesia care
You like to take responsibility and enjoy designing new processes
Professional experience in a similar function desirable
Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
You live a pronounced team ability and maintain a patient-oriented way of working
They show a high level of commitment and are responsible for the welfare of patients
