- Nursing specialist responsibility for the intensive care unit with six nursing beds, including two ventilation stations
- Responsibility for patients in need of intensive care with different complex health restrictions taking into account the care and treatment concept
- Active participation in the professional development of the intensive care unit by creating evidence-based standards and care concepts in the interprofessional setting
- Competent cooperation with doctors from different disciplines
- Support of care professionals in demanding care situations and in the implementation of overarching concepts and standards
- Responsible for quality work in the intensive care unit and cooperation in the quality group under the direction of care development
- Collaboration in working and project groups in consultation with the team management intensive care unit
Your profile
- They have the Bachelor of Science in Nursing or even bring the Master in Nursing with them
- As a basic training, you have completed training as a Dipl. Expert NDS Intensive Care or you have a foreign degree as a health and nurse, as a health and nurse with further training in intensive care and anesthesia care
- You like to take responsibility and enjoy designing new processes
- Professional experience in a similar function desirable
- Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
- You live a pronounced team ability and maintain a patient-oriented working method
- They show a high level of commitment and are responsible for the welfare of patients
- Working in a small, dedicated, reliable and motivated team brings you joy
