Key requirements
- Höhere Aus- und Weiterbildung in Informatik oder vergleichbar
- Freude an Leaedership und verantwortungsvoller Fachführung
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Qualitätssicherung von komplexen, integrierten Anwendungssystemen, idealerweise in einer Rolle wie QA Lead, Testarchitekt oder Quality Architect
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Java-/Microservices-Umfeld (Cloud und OnPrem) sowie mit CI/CD-Pipelines; weitere Technologien wie SAP, Mainframe oder andere Standardsoftware sind dir nicht fremd
- Erfahrung in der Einführung und Weiterentwicklung von Qualitätsprozessen, Metriken und Governance in einem agilen Umfeld
- Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und Freude an konzeptionellen Arbeiten, um Schwachstellen in Prozessen und Vorgehensweisen zu erkennen und nachhaltige Verbesserungen anzustossen
- Kommunikation auf Augenhöhe: durch deine überzeugende, begeisterungsfähige Persönlichkeit gewinnst du Stakeholder durch Argumente und Transparenz
- Fliessende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse.
Application process
- Several years of experience in the quality assurance of complex, integrated application systems, ideally in a role such as QA Lead, test architect or quality architect
- In-depth knowledge in the Java/Microservices environment (cloud and OnPrem) as well as with CI/CD pipelines; other technologies such as SAP, mainframe or other standard software are no stranger to you
- Experience in the introduction and further development of quality processes, metrics and governance in an agile environment
- Strong analytical skills and enjoyment of conceptual work to identify weaknesses in processes and procedures and initiate sustainable improvements
- Communication at eye level: through your convincing, enthusiastic personality, you win stakeholders through arguments and transparency
