Your tasks

You have completed a training as a nurse HF/FH (SRK recognition or positive SRK PreCheck required for a foreign diploma).
Ideally, you could already gain experience in the psychiatric field.

You take over the individual, need- and resource-oriented treatment and care of our patients in the daily clinical setting.
As part of an interdisciplinary team, you contribute your professional skills and work in a caregiver-oriented environment.
You coordinate nursing-therapeutic treatment planning with internal and external support groups and ensure competent care within the care standards.
An open, relationship-oriented working environment offers you numerous opportunities to use your skills in complex situations and to actively shape the therapeutic environment.
You work closely with relatives and referees and thus contribute to a trusting cooperation. Requirements

You enjoy working with mentally ill people in the multi-professional team.
You have social skills, are flexible and resilient and accustomed to an independent, self-responsible working method.
High commitment, creativity and very good knowledge of German (at least C1) round off the profile.
Your good computer skills make administrative work easier for you.
