Independent operation and monitoring of coating installations, cable extruders, twisters and bypass installations
Identifying, conditioning and providing materials according to parts lists and production specifications
Setting up the plants according to recipes, work instructions and production orders, including setting the process parameters
Monitoring the production process and independent intervention in the event of deviations to ensure a stable production sequence
Carrying out and documenting quality controls according to the test plan as well as attenuation measurements in the context of process monitoring (self-testing)
Transfer of the finished coils to the subsequent process including forwarding of the relevant order documents
Cleaning and preparation of plants for subsequent production orders
Carrying out autonomous, periodic maintenance work on the plants
Active implementation and compliance with the 5S methodology in the production environment
Capture, evaluate and track relevant key figures on the shop floor board

Basic mechanical training (e.g. plastics technologist, plant or machine operator)
Professional experience in the operation and monitoring of production facilities
Technical understanding and rapid understanding
Ability to reliably operate and monitor multiple facilities simultaneously
Quality-conscious, careful and independent working method
Readiness to work in up to 4 shifts
Good knowledge of German in words and writing
Teamwork, flexibility and responsibility
Colour vision required
Experience in the industrial production environment as well as knowledge of 5S or lean methods are advantageous
