Their tasks

• Accompanying change processes and supporting teams in the sustainable implementation of new standards
• Develop, update and implement nursing standards, policies and concepts
• Conducting case meetings in complex care situations
• Derive and implement improvement measures from quality data, audits and evaluations
• Implementation of scientific findings in nursing practice
• Professional management and further development of the responsible care
• Management of working groups (care-related and/or cross-sectoral tasks)
• Active participation in the teams and support of the teams in the care process
• Evaluation, controlling and further development of the used nursing assessments
• Coordinating, Planning and Teaching Students FH (Bachelor of Science in Nursing)
• Support for the further development of the Department of Care
• Constructive cooperation with all interfaces of the department
• Initiation, conception and implementation of new care services and care models within the Herisau Hospital
• Defining, collecting and evaluating care-sensitive quality indicators

Your profile

• Completion of the Master of Science in Care
• You have practical experience in a Swiss hospital
• Interest in cooperation in the interprofessional team
• You enjoy developing new things and contributing your ideas
• Responsible and patient-oriented basic attitude
