• Completed law degree (lic.iur./MLaw)

• Bachelor's and Master's grades or Master's achievements, employment certificates are components of the application

The courts of the Canton of Basel-Landschaft are responsible for the jurisdiction of the canton. At the level of the first instance, they consist of two civil district courts, the criminal court, juvenile court and coercive measures court, as well as the tax and expropriation court. The second instance is the cantonal court with four departments. The court administration is attached to the cantonal court.
