Their tasks

• Resource and capacity planning: Responsibility for personnel planning (duty plans, holidays, rotations) of the medical service in compliance with labour laws
• Process optimization: analysis and improvement of patient paths (e.g. surgical planning, consultation hours in the ambulatorium, bed management)
• Operational budget responsibility: Management of the clinic budget in everyday life (cost control for material orders, approval of training, etc.) in consultation with the chief physician.
• HR and interface management: Accompanying recruitment processes (assistant and senior physicians), onboarding new employees and acting as primary contact for support areas (HR, IT, facility management)
• Project management: management of internal hospital projects (e.g. relocation of a station, introduction of a new CIS module)

Your profile

• Completed studies in health economics, business administration or a comparable field or several years of professional experience in the hospital or Clinical management
• In-depth understanding of the clinical core processes as well as the operational processes in the hospital
• Experience in process management, organizational development and project management
• Strong organisational skills as well as a structured and solution-oriented working method
• High social skills, strong communication and enjoyment of interdisciplinary cooperation
