- Strategic sparring partner for the management and executives nationally and internationally (AT, DE, NL, DK) in all relevant HR topics.
- Further development and implementation of a sustainable HR strategy in line with corporate goals and in coordination with the global Headquarter.
Main responsibilities
- Strategic sparring partner for the management and executives nationally and internationally (AT, DE, NL, DK) in all relevant HR topics.
- Further development and implementation of a sustainable HR strategy in line with corporate goals and in coordination with the global Headquarter.
- Management, development and operational support of HR teams.
- Control and optimization of the activities in talent, performance & concentration management.
- Support and coaching of managers and employees in change processes and moderation of internal workshops.
- Ensure compliance with labour law and contact persons for works councils.
- Further development of a sustainable, modern employee branding and recruiting strategy. Requirements:
- Many years of experience as head of HR, or in a comparable management position with experience/understanding for corporate structures.
- Completed training (university or FH) preferably with a focus on human capital.
- Experience in the control and monitoring of change processes and HR projects.
