- Walks and walks in different performance groups
- Computer controlled bicycle ergometry (Ergoline)
- Strength training on equipment (Nautilus, milon)
- Relaxation therapies in the form of breathing exercises and progressive muscle relaxation according to Jacobson Various mindfulness exercises Water gymnastics in breast-deep water
- Informative introductory hours for ergometer and strength training and lectures
