Main responsibilities

  • Care of patients in the group-by-group and load-dependent exercise program during inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation Gymnastics and Nordic Walking
  • Walks and walks in different performance groups
  • Computer controlled bicycle ergometry (Ergoline)
  • Strength training on equipment (Nautilus, milon)
  • Relaxation therapies in the form of breathing exercises and progressive muscle relaxation according to Jacobson Various mindfulness exercises Water gymnastics in breast-deep water
  • Informative introductory hours for ergometer and strength training and lectures
