Role overview
Introduction For our Production division, we are looking for an Industrialization Project Manager (H/F) whose main mission will be to pilot investment projects, in order to ensure the integration and performance of the equipment concerned.
- Introduction For our Production division, we are looking for an Industrialization Project Manager (H/F) whose main mission will be to pilot investment projects, in order to ensure the integration and performance of the equipment concerned.
- Coordinate the integration of new processes in line with project benchmarks, budgets and objectives
- Animate needs analysis, integrate customer needs, technical benchmarks and propose project scoping
- Lead business planning and risk removal Profile Diploma of engineer HES, EPF or equivalent
Main responsibilities
- Coordinate the integration of new processes in line with project benchmarks, budgets and objectives
- Animate needs analysis, integrate customer needs, technical benchmarks and propose project scoping
- Justifying the need for change and contributing to the consolidation of continuous improvement plans and investment programmes
- Managing information and decision-making, and facilitating reporting, gap resolution and decision-making
- Build all contributors around goals and value teamwork
- Documenting industrial scenarios and technical solutions
- Capitalising on good practice and contributing to the development of benchmarks
- Experience in industrial project management.
- Ability to take a step backwards to steer a group of experts across the board.
- Natural leadership and pedagogy to motivate and unite a team.
