Main responsibilities
- Establishment of our own company and operation of our shop with gas station with our own capital
- Management of one or more locations in the franchise system for own account
- Responsibility for the operational management of the site
- Target-oriented leadership and promotion of your team, including independent recruitment
- Ensuring the implementation of the migrolino concept and compliance with standards
- Responsibility for attracting new customers as well as business results, turnover and costs

- High sense of responsibility regarding the course of business, employees and customer support
- Many years of experience in managing employees and business know-how
- Above-average willingness to perform as a salesperson and leader
