In Wattwil, a 24/7 emergency department, a day clinic, various consultation hours, radiology, a laboratory and the PSA, a short-term therapy for alcoholic patients, are available. In Goldach, the clinic offers hand and peripheral nerve surgery, consultation hours in ophthalmology and orthopaedics as well as a small intestinal center. Berit Sportcli-nic is represented in Speicher, Arbon and Heerbrugg. Since 2025, the Berit Sportslab in St. Gallen has been supplementing the range of athletic training.
