Exchange, progress, interdisciplinary teamwork and good prospects are important here.As a supplement to our team, we are looking for an agreement Tasks: • Accept patient registrations • Patient data collection in SAP • Planning of inpatients for several locations (Rehaklinik Gais, Rehaklinik St.Gallen and Rehaklinik Triemli) • Obtaining cost good languages and clarification of additional costs • Creating offers for differential costs, performance and room upgrades • General administrative activities • Contact with insurers and assignees - Interdisciplinary cooperation internally and externally Requirements • Basic medical or commercial education with experience in health care • Good PC user knowledge with experience of SAP is beneficial • Advantageous training for case staff/healthcare • Experience in healthcare or patient administration or in the health insurance industry • In-depth knowledge of Swiss health laws with its tariff systems (DRG, TARPSY and ST-Reha) of pleasure in dealing with patients and guests • High load capacity as well as a competent and friendly appearance • Rapid understanding and a forward-looking, independent and self-responsible working method • Good verbal and written expression We offer: • Innovative and future-oriented company • Varied, responsible and meaningful area of responsibility • Motivated and collaborative team-appreciative interdisciplinary cooperation in a pleasant working atmosphere • Wonderful clinic location • Internal and external training opportunities as well as attractive employment conditions.
