We are looking for dedicated professionals who want to use their expertise and empathy in outpatient care. Your tasks – self-responsible care at Spitex

• Individual care and support of clients in their home
• Performing medical-technical tasks such as injections, wound care or blood sugar measurements
• Support in personal care, mobilization and everyday life management
• Advice and guidance of relatives for optimal care of the cared for
• Interdisciplinary cooperation with doctors and other specialists
• Documentation of care services in accordance with the applicable directives

Your profile – expertise for ambulatory care

• Completed training as a specialist Health EFZ
• Experience in Spitex or ambulatory care beneficial but not mandatory
• Enjoyment of independent work and the support of clients in their own home
• Organisational capacity, responsibility and flexibility
• Category B driving licence is advantageous
• Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
