For <b>Raiffeisenbank Regio Unteres Toggenburg & Neckertal,</b> a successful and locally oriented bank with headquarters in Bütschwil and offices in Mosnang, Schönengrund and Oberhilfeschwil, we are looking for a personality as an employee Compliance & Controlling (m/f/d).

Tasks

• Ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulatory requirements in the areas of compliance, money laundering and risk control
• Review of transaction investigations, customer risk assessments and NameMatching investigations
• Submission of STORs
• Cooperation in the organisation and implementation of internal compliance training
• Support for employees in money laundering, risk and compliance issues
• Implementation and documentation of ICS checks

Requirements

• Completed vocational training as a businesswoman/Kauffmann Bank, preferably already Raiffeisen experience or equivalent commercial training with experience in the financial sector
• Experience and knowledge in compliance, money laundering and risk control
• Structured, reliable, exact and independent working methods with high quality awareness and a sense of responsibility
• Communication, teamwork and initiative
• IT affinity in the implementation of regulatory requirements
