Their tasks

• Assuming all relevant tasks of the station management to ensure smooth operation of the station in the absence of the station management
• Support of the station management in the technical and personnel management of the station team
• Co-organization of the station processes and optimal allocation of the care team, taking into account the available resources
• Enforcement of the applicable specifications and standards including continuous performance monitoring and control
• Support of station management in personnel and team development

Your profile

• Completed training as a Dipl. Nurse HF with several years of professional experience and experience in the psychiatric field
• Interest in management tasks and organizational skills
• You are a resilient and flexible personality
• Connected, cross-cutting thinking
• An independent and self-responsible working method round off your profile
