For the Raiffeisenbank Appenzeller Hinterland in Herisau, a successful and locally oriented bank with offices in Urnäsch and Waldstatt, we are looking for a personality as a customer consultant.

Tasks

• Competent and comprehensive advice to private customers in the basic products Numbers, saving, investing and provision
• Actively contributes to the positioning of Raiffeisen as a competent partner in the field of finance (especially investments and pensions)
• Responsible for the strategically compliant maintenance and support of a team customer portfolio of the Private Customer Base segment
• Actively addresses customers and non-customers, recognizes individual customer needs and transfers them to the relevant specialist areas.
• Performing the reception and hosting role in the customer zone

Requirements

• Completed banking training
