Role overview

Tasks

• performs, organizes and checks the individual therapeutic plan for the patient according to the indications received by the direct/upper of the patient, referring to the diagnostic and pharmacotherapeutic framework, guaranteeing in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team, the patient's taking charge
• performs and realizes medical-psychiatric or pedopsichiatric visits, where necessary in collaboration with psychologists/hes, for patients, following the therapeutic plan and implementing it in compliance with its professional skills
• actively collaborates with doctors of psychiatric and somatic hospitals and doctors with private practice, in accordance with the medical psychiatrist head of the OSC service, regarding the somatic care of the patients and according to the indications of the direct/higher
• is required to train in the field of specialty in psychiatry and psychotherapy or pedopsichiatry according to FMH provisions
• realizes, in accordance with the direct/upper, relations with other public and private structures operating on the territory in order to create the ideal conditions for network intervention
• assures the picket on the territory and/or the guards in cantonal psychiatric clinic (CPC) as provided by the "regulation of OSC medical guards and spikes"
• drafts in collaboration with his/her superiors direct/and psychiatric medical expert to him/her entrusted and supervised
• guarantees the correct editing of TARDOC and TARPSY performance
• Requirements
• doctor's degree (or equivalent title)
• if in possession of a foreign diploma in medicine, present the recognition of the same issued by the Commission of medical professions Mebeko, Section "Training" and the certification of linguistic knowledge (Italian-B2)
• candidates for specialist training in psychiatry and psychotherapy
• candidates in specialized training in psychiatric and child psychotherapy and adolescence
• it is given preference to candidates who have already carried out the year of non-specific clinical training (somatic year) as provided by the Regulation for the professional improvement of the relative specialization of FMH (www.fmh.ch)
• perfect mastery of the Italian language, knowledge of the English language and/or a second official language
• attitude to group work
• knowledge of the territory and the social network of the Canton Ticino Special remarks

In its participation, the candidate is invited to indicate whether he is a candidate for his training in psychiatry and psychotherapy or child psychotherapy and adolescence.

• previous employers' certificates (ii) an annual competition, with the possibility of being recruited during 2026, candidates will not be given a positive or negative answer.

They will be only informed about the validity of their application in relation to the requirements required - the candidate(s) in possession of the diploma of foreign doctor in medicine and not yet in possession of the recognition issued by the Commission of medical professions Mebeko, Section "Training" and certificate of linguistic knowledge (Italian-B2) issued by Mebeko, must obtain both the requirements within the beginning of activity as established in the course of the selection for the specific vacancy.

Failure to obtain the requirements for the task entails automatic decay - the beginning of the activity of the chosen candidate is subject to the release of the authorization to exercise by the Health Office of the Canton Ticino Application conditions - applications must be submitted online.
