Your tasks

• Professional and personnel management as well as targeted further development of the dialysis team
• Organization and coordination of the dialysis station including personnel planning
• Ensuring quality, safe and patient-centred care
• Active participation in clinical everyday life as well as implementation of demanding dialysis-specific treatments and shunt punctures
• Competent care of patients with hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis and after kidney transplants
• Promotion of interdisciplinary cooperation and continuous development of processes and quality standards

Your profile

• Completed training as a Dipl. Nurse HF or FH, for foreign diploma with Swiss recognition
• Several years of professional experience in hemodialysis and in-depth dialysis-specific expertise
• Leadership experience, ideally in a comparable function in healthcare
• Strong leadership and social competence as well as pleasure in the development of employees
• Organizational strength, sense of responsibility and independent working methods
• High patient orientation and enjoyment of constructive interdisciplinary cooperation
• Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
