- Issuing policies and managing the client and policy portfolio, ensuring proper coverage and protection for our clients, within the framework of a sound portfolio.

- Finalizing, in accordance with established criteria, the quotes prepared by
- the quoting and underwriting team, with a focus on the proper issuance and subsequent collection of the policy.
- Understanding our clients’ protection needs and offering the
- best solutions to existing proposals, updating the policy when necessary, with the necessary support from the team.
- Be proactive in identifying missing or inaccurate data or documentation, validating policies, and identifying the need for corrections or updates to ensure the proper issuance and suitability of policies.
- Advise the sales network or clients directly to offer them the best coverage tailored to their needs, thereby helping to maintain our relationship with them, while properly applying underwriting policies.
- Properly assess claims history and interpret data, with the necessary support from the team, if needed.
- Knowledge of the operations and criteria for each portfolio management process.
