As Business Partner Agencies, you promote cooperation with our agency partners and take on a central role in contract, remuneration and process topics as well as the further development of our agency model.

- Design, optimization and implementation of agency, compensation and commission models
- Preparation, maintenance and further development of agency contracts and support for contract adjustments and supplements
- Preparation, calculation and implementation of new and renegotiations with existing and future agency partners
- Analysis of business indicators as well as identification of optimization and development potential in agency business
- Responsibility for the correct and timely handling of monthly agency accounts
- Participation in projects for the further development of the agency model as well as the associated processes and systems
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable function, ideally in agency, franchise, retail or partner management
- Experience in the preparation, analysis and plausibility checking of profitability, business case and profitability calculations
