Your tasks

• Daytime responsibility at the Herisau Hospital
• Use in the production kitchen at the Herisau Hospital
• Gentle and economical preparation of food, taking into account nutritional principles
• Performing the day orders
• Implementation of the internal hygiene and disposal concept as well as joint responsibility for cleanliness and order in the workplaces
• Checking the delivered goods for quantity and quality
• Cooperation in the implementation of internal and external events
• Co-responsibility in the training of the apprentice cook

Your profile

• Training as a chef / cook EFZ with at least 3 years of professional experience
• Qualified professional practice and enjoyment of cooking
• German mother tongue or very good knowledge of German
• Work in a comparable institution (health care, old-age care, etc.)
• Business thinking
• You are a positioned and team-oriented person and convince through your professional work method
