Canton of Zurich Financial Directorate Office of Informatics Application Manager/in HR Time Management 100% The Office of Informatics (AFI) is the IT competence centre of the Canton of Zurich.

It provides comprehensive services in the area of central IT infrastructure and canton-wide applications for the Directorates, authorities, legal administration and independent institutions.

Commissioned with the implementation of the new strategy Information and Communication Technology (ICT) supports and supports the Office of Informatics the Canton of Zurich into the digital world.

Time management is far more than coming and going.

Your tasks

  • Operation, further development and optimization of cantonal time management solutions
  • Analysis and implementation of technical requirements in technical solutions
  • Cooperation and sub-project management in exciting projects around SAP HCM, time management and HR systems
  • Consulting of the HR office and other cantonal positions on technical issues
  • Coordination of internal specialist offices and external partners
  • Cooperation in the further development of the HR system landscape in the context of digital transformation

Your profile

  • Higher education in computer science, business information technology or comparable qualifications
  • Experience in application management or in the supervision of complex business applications
  • Knowledge in the SAP HCM environment, especially time economy, of advantage

  • Experience in projects and joy in working with different stakeholders
