Their tasks

• Responsibility for the support, configuration, testing and further development of the Opale ERP system, telephony (Siemens), patient media terminals and other administrative applications
• User support incl. Picetting service
• Integration and ensuring the stable operation of terminals and applications
• Support for IT projects and support in patch management
• Preparation and maintenance of system and operating manuals Collaboration in innovative projects as a specialist, as well as management of subprojects

Your profile

• Training as a computer scientist or several years of experience in the IT sector
• Good knowledge of IT support (operation and implementation of IT specialist solutions)
• Experience in hospital operation or handling of technical/medical equipment is advantageous
• Knowledge of ITIL processes is an advantage
• Reliable and solution-oriented personality
• Good oral and written communication
• Enjoyment of working with different professional groups Maintained appearance and good manners
