Main responsibilities
- Production of sushi, sashimi and soups in front of the guest in our Sushi Islands at the Coop supermarket
- Guest-oriented working methods incl.
- Provide information about the general offer, including allergy labelling and daily specials
- Team-oriented cooperation with the Zenbu team
- Co-responsibility for orders, acceptance of goods, opening, closing and warehouse management
- Compliance with hygiene and quality standards and carrying out cleaning work according to HACCP guidelines Ensuring consistently high quality food Requirements
- Interest in preparing food - lateral entrants: inside welcome
- Flexible readiness and commitment to shift and weekend services (free on Sundays, except Sunday sales)
- German skills at B1 level in word and writing, other languages are a plus
- Affinity for system gastronomy and enjoyment of structured processes
