YOUR TASKS
- As Dipl. Nursing specialist you will look after our patients professionally and independently as part of the care process
- You live our clinic goal
- As a vocational trainer, you are responsible for accompanying, promoting and assessing our learners and students in compliance with the training concept.
- You conduct teaching and learning events according to the training plan
- You actively participate in vocational training meetings and participate in training-related events
- You are jointly responsible for the scheduling of learners and students as well as coordinating your own roster taking into account the training-specific dates
REQUIRED TRAINING
- You have completed training as a Dipl. Nurse HF/FH or have an equivalent degree
- You have an SVEB certificate trainer (individual support and/or implementation of learning events) or are ready to obtain it
- You already have professional experience in care
- A high level of social and self-competence, language skills and IT skills round off your profile
