Company and context
- You take over the professional, human and organizational overall responsibility for the emergency center with regard to care and actively shape its strategic and operational further development
- You lead, promote and coach the employees and are responsible for the recruitment, service and treatment processes
- You ensure a high level of care, service and treatment quality and drive the continuous further development of the quality and improvement management
- You ensure the proximity to clinical everyday life and support the team in complex or challenging treatment situations
- You are responsible for the budget, the cost and key figures development and the economic management of the department
- You are responsible for projects and actively contribute to change and development processes within the emergency center and the clinic
- You promote a successful interdisciplinary cooperation, especially with the medical management of the emergency, ensure transparent communication and represent the interests of the department vis-à-vis internal and external stakeholders
- You make an active contribution to the adherence and further development of the quality, patient safety and hygiene standards in accordance with the company objectives YOUR PROFIL
- You have a completed training in the health care at the level of post-graduate studies and a completed leadership training
- You can look back on at least three years of professional experience
