- Completed studies with a scientific or technical background (e.g. microbiology, biotechnology, pharmacy) as well as fluent German and English skills in words and writing.
- Several years of experience in the management of microbiological laboratories or in sterile production.
- Deep experience in leadership and human resource development, combined with a strong passion to empower your team and achieve goals together.
- Proven expertise in microbiological environmental monitoring (Aseptic Assurance), in pharmaceutical GMP analysis and in accompanying audits and inspections.
- Open, communicative and decision-making personality who questions conventional thinking, works in a structured way and convinces through flexibility, resilience and the ability to conflict.
