The role supports our SEA General Property Underwriting teams in Singapore in the handling of insurance business for our corporate customers and their brokers in addition to support branch operations from a governance and projects standpoint.

- Duties and responsibilities directly impact productivity, process efficiency, timeliness, profitability and accuracy of the underwriting process as well as the service delivery to customers and brokers.
- This position may require occasional travel for business meetings or training.
Main responsibilities
- Duties and responsibilities directly impact productivity, process efficiency, timeliness, profitability and accuracy of the underwriting process as well as the service delivery to customers and brokers.
- This position may require occasional travel for business meetings or training.
- Your main tasks will include the following:
- To support operations activities to accurately reflect the terms and conditions of business written in our systems
- To mainly manage property/casualty deals in close collaboration with the Underwriter
- To support the Underwriting team with renewal preparation (deal analysis of renewal accounts) and endorsement triaging and preparation
- To prepare and issue documents (binders, policies, endorsements and certificates) to our customers
- To issue invoices where required, including Insurance Premium Tax calculations, and work with our centralized Technical Accounting team to follow-up on outstanding premium positions
- To be in contact with our customers and brokers on a regular basis and attend customer and broker meetings Additionally you will:
- Manage and monitor the workflow, plan workforce management and capacity planning
