Main responsibilities

  • Plan store orders using tour planning program
  • collect and coordinate daily orders and provide delivery documents
  • Ensure a timely and smooth flow of information to our branches and drivers
  • answer and process customer and supplier requests regarding transportation
  • Support operational coordination for tour plan changes perform general administrative activities

Key requirements

  • at least 3 years of professional experience: in a comparable function
  • Complete basic or advanced training: in the transport area
  • Proven Geography Knowledge for German Swiss & Tessin
  • ready for shift operation between 03.30 - approx. 19.00 (Mo Sa) Team player with good communication skills
