Main responsibilities
- Plan store orders using tour planning program
- collect and coordinate daily orders and provide delivery documents
- Ensure a timely and smooth flow of information to our branches and drivers
- answer and process customer and supplier requests regarding transportation
- Support operational coordination for tour plan changes perform general administrative activities
Key requirements
- at least 3 years of professional experience: in a comparable function
- Complete basic or advanced training: in the transport area
- Proven Geography Knowledge for German Swiss & Tessin
- ready for shift operation between 03.30 - approx. 19.00 (Mo Sa) Team player with good communication skills
