Role overview
- You take over the organization and scheduling of all transports from Suhr – efficiency is your middle name.
- Business aspects of our vehicle fleet are your responsibility, and you make sure everything runs smoothly.
- Optimal personnel planning is an exciting challenge for you, in which you keep an eye on all regulations.
- Ordering and instructions to our chauffeurs and external partners are also part of your area of responsibility.
- Your participation in working groups and projects contributes to the continuous improvement of our team
- Order procurement and document control are also well under control.
- A completed vocational training EFZ, preferably in the field of transport/logistics, as well as ideally a further education as a road transport dispatcher: in or logistics specialist, -mann.
You certainly master the German language in word and writing, further language skills are an advantage
- A C/E driving licence and a driver qualification certificate would be desirable.
- Your knowledge of MS-Office is solid
- You are flexible in terms of working hours and show yourself as an independent, reliable and team-oriented personality.
- Eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung EFZ, vorzugsweise im Bereich Transport/Logistik, sowie idealerweise eine Weiterbildung als Strassentransport-Disponent:in oder Logistikfachfrau,-mann.
- Du beherrschst die deutsche Sprache sicher in Wort und Schrift, weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
Key requirements
