Your tasks

• Responsible care and control of the properties assigned to you
• Organisation and coordination of all technical and infrastructure services
• Planning, control and monitoring of maintenance, maintenance and repair work
• Professional guidance and operational planning of the object team (housekeeper, technician,)
• Ensuring compliance with legal regulations, quality and safety standards
• Contact point for building users and service providers
• Monitoring, control and follow-up of external service providers
• Preparation and plausibility checking of reporting

Your requirements

• Completed apprenticeship in the field of maintenance, building technology or similar training
• Several years of professional experience in house maintenance / facility management
• Good manners, a well-groomed appearance and safe appearance
• Good German in Word and Writing
• Reliable gum
• Driving licence Cat. B
