To strengthen our Technical Customer Support Team in Wohlen, we are looking for a committed and technology-savvy personality with enthusiasm for customer contact, industrial digitization and data-driven solutions.
In this role, together with internal departments and customers, they are actively driving the further development of our digital after-sales and IIoT solutions with the following tasks:

- To strengthen our Technical Customer Support Team in Wohlen, we are looking for a committed and technology-savvy personality with enthusiasm for customer contact, industrial digitization and data-driven solutions.
- Strong customer and service orientation as well as enjoyment of technical and digital issues
- First experience in the field of software, SaaS, IIoT or digital solutions – ideally in an industrial or manufacturing environment
Key requirements
- Strong customer and service orientation as well as enjoyment of technical and digital issues
- First experience in the field of software, SaaS, IIoT or digital solutions – ideally in an industrial or manufacturing environment
- Understanding data structures, data quality and data-based processes
- Interest in industrial digitization, networked facilities and data-driven services
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (especially Power Apps / Canvas Apps), Power BI or comparable low-code and reporting platforms
- Structured, analytical and independent working method as well as a high willingness to learn
- Very good knowledge of German and English in words and writing; Other languages are beneficial
- Experience in mechanical engineering, thermal spray, industrial service or after sales environment is a plus We offer
