- To strengthen the management team, we are looking for one as of September 1st, 2026 or by appointment: Team leader maternity department / midwife (80-100%) This is what you do Responsibility for ensuring holistic care and support for pregnant women, women giving birth and newborns as well as their caregivers Management and organization of the maternity department in a duo with a committed and motivated team of around 25 midwives (incl. outpatient consultation hours at the SZB location, as well as gynecological emergencies outside office hours) Project coordination and management for innovations/further developments in the women's clinic Optimization and co-design of specialist development in the women's clinic through the targeted use of working groups Shared responsibility in ensuring the training mandate of students and the achievement of goals for employees in further training Promoting constructive collaboration in the team as well as interface areas of the women's clinic / children's clinic and external partners Diploma as a midwife HF/FH with several years of practical experience in the maternity department.

- Native language German or French and with a good knowledge of the other language (at least B1).
