Main responsibilities
- Personnel and technical management of the product management team private customers.
- Further develop the product strategy in line with the corporate strategy.
- Overall responsibility for the entire product and service portfolio.
- Control of the complete value chain: product structure, features, pricing, processes, documents, fund offerings, AVBs.
- Design of new product features incl.
- Integration of behavioral economic elements.
- Ensuring annual product requirements (e.g. tranches), naming, USP definition, internal and external communication as well as content management on- and offline.
- Preparation of volume and premium planning, implementation of product-related analyses and market comparisons, preparation for management and operating units.
- Ensuring professional compliance across all product levels.
- Support for special offers, participation in market development measures.
