Our Analytics, Reporting, Data & Platform division develops and operates modern data and analytics solutions on GCP and Power BI.

As Team Leader and Product Owner Analytics & Reporting, you lead an interdisciplinary team and are responsible for analytics, data and AI products from idea to operation.

Main responsibilities

  • You lead an interdisciplinary team of data scientists and data engineers and develop it as a servant leader and coach both professionally and personally.
  • As a technical product owner, you are responsible for designing and prioritizing features and backlog consistently according to benefits and impact, taking into account roadmaps and budgets.
  • Together with your team, you bring analytics and data solutions from the idea to the productive operation.
  • You formulate clear implementation mandates, promote pragmatic solutions and ensure quality and sustainability
  • As part of the extended leadership team, you actively shape the handling of new technologies such as Agentic AI and develop your team with a view to future requirements.

  • At least 4 years of experience: in the field of Data & Analytics with experience in building and operating cloud-based analytics solutions, data products, analytical web applications and reporting
  • Completed studies (uni/ETH, FH, HF): in (economics) computer science, mathematics, physics, data science, economics or another quantitative field
  • You have several years of practical experience in the use of data science, analytics and reporting and enjoy translating complex business questions into understandable, effective solutions
  • You bring leadership experience or proven leadership responsibility and strong product owner skillset and are familiar with the appropriate tools and methodologies
  • You communicate clearly, appreciatively and appropriately.
  • You can mediate between business, technology and people, creating effective, motivated collaboration across disciplines
